Windows gpu linear model command (alternative to gputools::gpuLm())?
Is there a way to run a linear model in R for windows (or many using gpus)? I've got gpuR working, but gputools has been archived and won't install from the tarball.
Here's my install log for gputools, but obviously it doesn't work.
install.packages("gputools_1.1.tar.gz", repos = NULL, type = "source")
Installing package into ‘C:/Users/username/Documents/R/win-library/3.5’
(as ‘lib’ is unspecified)
* installing source package 'gputools' ...
** package 'gputools' successfully unpacked and MD5 sums checked
WARNING: this package has a configure script
It probably needs manual configuration
** libs
no DLL was created
ERROR: compilation failed for package 'gputools'
