Get git unmerged branch updated in last 3 weeks

I want to be able to show in my deployment script as a warning the name of remote branch that have unmerged commit that are old of maximum 3 weeks. I've found many ways to show unmerged branch (local or distant), and many ways to show date, but it seems that git doesn't allow me to simply request: show me distant branch with unmerged commit younger than 3 weeks.
I wonder if git have a feature like this, or if I have to do it manually in my shell (zsh).
git sorting date merge branch

Can you show the commands you use in what you have already solved, so that we can build on your work rather than start from scratch?
