Firebase Analytics - missing data

Over the course of the last month we've had 5 days where the number of active users has dropped by ~95% and then bounced back the next day. We know this is wrong but we're struggling to identify the reason for it and wondered if anyone had any ideas or suggestions? Has anyone else experienced this?

I don't see any recent outages on the Firebase status dashboard. Unless you can share a minimal, complete, verifiable example it is unlikely somebody can help here based on the information provided. I'd recommend you reach out to Firebase support for personalized help in troubleshooting.
