Have simple table

<table>
<thead>
<tr>
<th>First Name</th>
<th>Last name</th>
<th>Telephone</th>
</tr>
</thead>
<tbody>
<tr>
<td>Bill</td>
<td></td>
<td>123</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>John</td>
<td></td>
<td>456</td>
</tr>
</tbody>
</table>

Is there a way to remove second column (second TH and all second TDs) with pure CSS or SASS? It is simple to to with JS, but I am interesting in CSS

    Not with CSS, no. The column is not considered empty by any definition, so you'll have to resort to JavaScript.
