Etnarca, do grego ethnarkes (nação e líder, "έθνος" e "άρχων") é um líder de uma etnia. O termo, e o cargo, foram utilizados na Roma Antiga, no Império Bizantino e no Império Otomano
Na tradição judaica, o etnarca tem o direito de usar a púrpura e a fivela de ouro o que faz dele um dinasta - é estratego (tem autoridade sobre o exército). Exemplo de etnarca foi o rei Herodes que foi ordenado rei da Judeia em 37 a.C. e que detinha plenos poderes em todos os assuntos internos do país. Antes dele, todavia, o primeiro etnarca da Judeia foi Hircano II, que já era sumo sacerdote. Membro da dinastia Asmoneia, apelou para Roma a fim de tomar o poder no lugar de seu irmão Aristóbulo II, mas em troca teve de se submeter ao poder romano e renunciar ao título de rei.[1]

I'm new to programming and started to make an application for school. For that I use C# WPF and for a good-looking Application i installed Material Design. First i started the Demo of Material Design, where you can see what things you can use etc. with the good to copy. So after a quick view I found a nice TextBox with a border and a Checkbox on top of it. SDK location should not contain whitespace, as this can cause problems with the NDK tools. It says that the path name should not contain any white spaces. But i cant rename it. There is no any rename option for that folder when right clicked. When i change the folder to which there is not any space, it says that "Target Folder is neither empty nor does it point to an existing SDK Installation."
