hTensorFlow , python Pixel Accuracy (PACC) for Semantic Segmentation
Hi guys im trying to calculate Semantic Segmentation PACC.
for mIoU i used
mIoU, update_op = tf.contrib.metrics.streaming_mean_iou(pred, gt,
num_classes=num_classes)
print('mIoU: {:04f}'.format(sess.run(mIoU)))
i tried a similar method to get Pixel accuracy:
Pacc, update_op = tf.contrib.metrics.accuracy(pred, gt)
print('Pixel accuracy is:'.format(sess.run(Pacc)))
but i get the following error:
TypeError: Tensor objects are only iterable when eager execution is
enabled. To iterate over this tensor use tf.map_fn.
im new to tensorflow is there a better way to get pixel accuracy ?
