First time trying to deploy MERN stack app with graphql/apollo on Heroku

I'm trying to deploy my practice app i made following a youtube series and would like to know how put it on heroku. I have only ran the build script in client folder and now what should my next step be?
app link on github
I have 2 base folders called client & server which run on 2 different ports so how do i serve them on a single port?
becuase when i try to run git push hero i get this:
