Unity3D: Cloud Diagnostics (formerly Performance Reporting) doesn't track an error when I build it before...

When I manually build an Android APK I get errors shown in the Cloud Diagnostics. But if I build my build using Jenkins, no errors are reported. Where is the problem?
I already used this in the command line "-serial XXXX -username myuser@mydomain.com -password MyPassword" to activate the Plus license. Unfortunately this didn't help either.
Do you have any idea how I can use Cloud Diagnostics (formerly Performance Reporting) if I used Jenkins to build it before? What can be the difference between build per Unity directly and build from the command line (Jenkins BuildServer) that switches off the Cloud Diagnostic?
