ADFS Authentication against SharePoint 2013
We have a native Windows application that has been reading and writing to SharePoint 2013 environment. We moved the SP server to Azure. This app has to use ADFS now for authorisation, and It has to be able to write data to SharePoint 2013. We attempted to register this app in our Azure tenant, part of which is the SharePoint 2013 hosted server, but the token issued is not working with SharePoint 2013. In the words of Microsoft, SharePoint 2013 is not 'eligible' to use this token. We cannot upgrade the SharePoint version nor we can move to SharePoint online. Please let me know if there are any other options. Thank you.
