Upload user profile using /connect/user-profiles/user ID/photo rest api not working for jpg and png images

We are using "/connect/user-profiles/user ID/photo" to upload user profile photo. It was working fine but now we are facing an issue this api is not working for 'jpg and png' images. Its throwing an error with message "The file you uploaded doesn't appear to be a valid image". It is working fine for jpeg only.
