How can I format my inputs for an RNN using LSTMs in keras?

I have a dummy data for people moving throughout rooms in a household. Below is an example of one week of that data. I'm hoping to use 6 weeks of that data to create a prediction model for an RNN with 2 LSTM cells and one dense layer, but I can't seem to prepare my data for the model properly. Does anyone have suggestions for how to prepare and train my model? I can tweak the parameters of the function after I have a basic model, but for some reason, all my attempts so far have lead to a testing accuracy of zero and training accuracies of very low numbers. Any suggestions for how to format the data for the input is greatly appreciated!
