Tools for Internal API discovery

Hi,
I have been looking for tools that can be used for API or microservices discovery/search within an organisation, and ideally a comparative analysis of the most common tools in use for internal API discovery/search. I found the below article that talks about Programmable Web, Mashape, etc. but these are for external API discovery.
