xlsx jasper report creating successfully but cell border not visible

I have used jasper for exporting reports using java code, jasper reports created successfully, but cell borders are not visible.
Can you please help me to overcome this problem?
Please give example in java code not in xml file.

This is my source code:
JasperReportBuilder rpt = report();
rpt.ignorePagination();
rpt.ignorePageWidth();
rpt.setDataSource(createInventoryDataSource(exchange));//filling sheet values
HttpURLConnection httpUrlConnection = (HttpURLConnection) new URL("fileURL").openConnection();
httpUrlConnection.setDoOutput(true);
httpUrlConnection.setRequestMethod("POST");
OutputStream os = httpUrlConnection.getOutputStream();
rpt.toXlsx(os);
rpt.build();
BufferedReader in = new BufferedReader(new InputStreamReader(httpUrlConnection.getInputStream()));
in.close();
os.close();
