Apache - How to see how long the request has been inside the queue

Three questions as below:

I am using Apache2.4

  1. Is there a way to know how long the request has been inside the queue before the engine process the request in the apache log? Since there are only %T and %D to shows time to serve the request.

  2. I am planning to have 1000 concurrent requests. Is my config correct and follows the best practice?

<IfModule mpm_prefork_module>
ServerLimit 1000
StartServers 2
MinSpareServers 2
MaxSpareServers 5
MaxRequestWorkers 1000
MaxConnectionsPerChild 100
</IfModule>

  1. I have set 1000 concurrent requests in number 2, but my MaxKeepAliveRequests is 500, which one will be honored? Or both are referring to different settings?

KeepAlive On
MaxKeepAliveRequests 500
KeepAliveTimeout 15

Please help

Thanks
