Positioning error messages from Parsley Js on the frontend

Am working on a form that works fine and am validating on the frontend using Parsley Js and the backend using PHP.. In Parsley,, am generating some custom messages that should be displayed to the user. I want to populate the message inside a div on the layout called help-block but am not sure how to handle that.. Please assist?
Layout
