MySQL Seems to lose connection when i set variables online
I have a Percona Cluster with 5 nodes, and it seems every time i try to change a variable online without starting mysql, i get a message that mysql lost connection even though mysql is still running:
SET GLOBAL general_log=1
ERROR 2006 (HY000): MySQL server has gone away
No connection. Trying to reconnect...
Connection id: 128237
Current database: *** NONE ***
This happens every time i try to change a global variable online. What would be causing this?
