Simple open Source interface to view project data (no Installation required)
The company I work for manages multiple projects at the same time. they have created a table on an excel sheet that lists all the assumptions used across different projects. They would like to create a web-based interface that allows them to search through the table. Going through the IT dept will delay us 6 months before they can start taking our requirements, so we'd like something that doesn't require any installation.
I have looked through some of the codes on Github but they either are too complicated, require an Installation or both.
This seems to me like a standard requirement and there should be many applications doing this, However, I can't find a suitable one.
I tried searching for data Portals, Database viewer, and data explorer. Does anyone know of a suitable solution or can suggest a better way to search for one?

Google sheets is the quickest, dirtiest way to do this: google.com/sheets/about . Note that this question is off topic here.

you are probably right, I was thinking of using tags later, but perhaps I am just over complicating things
