iterate through a list of numbers and break when one of the numbers is not consecutive

m = 0
while m < len(pos_1):
if pos_1[m] == 1 + pos_1[m - 1] or pos_1[m] == pos_1[m + 1] - 1:
print(pos_1[m])
if pos_1[4] - 1 != pos_1[3]:
break
print(pos_1[3])
this is what my code looks like, PS: it is a part of a larger code, that's why there is no func def and call.
If I have a list like [1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 10]... I want python to go through the list , checking the consecutive number and break when it reaches one that is not consecutive but continue after.
So the output should be:
1, 2, 3, 4
9, 10
