Add dateTime and dayTimeDuration
I cannot figure out how to add dateTime
and dayTimeDuration
with this very basic example:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"
version="2.0" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" >
<xsl:output method="xml" version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" indent="yes"/>
<xsl:template match="/BroadcastData">
<tv>
<xsl:value-of select="xsd:dateTime('2008-10-08T05:00:00')+xsd:dayTimeDuration('PT1H')"/>
</tv>
</xsl:template>
</xsl:stylesheet>
xslt-2.0

Your code sample does seem to work. See xsltfiddle.liberty-development.net/pPqsHUu. Reasons why it might not work may be if you don't actually have a "BroadcastData" element in your XML, or if you are not actually using an XSLT 2.0 processor. How are you actually performing the transform, and what processor are you using? Thanks!
