Add regression line to a GenePlot in Seurat

0

I am doing a gene-gene correlation analysis with Seurat on a specific cluster of my scRNAseq data and I would like to add a regression line to my plot.
This is what I did:

TSNEPlot(object = SampleA,do.label=TRUE)
WhichCells(object = SampleA, ident = "2")
SampleA2.subset <- SubsetData(object = SampleA, ident.use = c("2")) #2 is my cluster of interest
GenePlot(YSa2.subset, "Itgam", "Elf1")

I believe I have to use the function abline, but I can’t get it to work in Seurat.
Has anyone had the same issue and can help me? Or is there a different way to do it that I am not aware of?

Thank you very much for your time!
