Post revised code - SetFocus on a record in a subform according to a value in textbox in a mainform
I'v used this piece of code
[Forms]![MainTable]!SubTable.Form.Recordset.FindFirst "id =" & [Forms]![MainTable]![Txt01]
[Forms]![MainTable]!SubTable.Form.ID.SetFocus
But after the correct record gets focused , it loses it immediately and move to first record in the subform .
I want to make SetFocus stay in the correct record .
Thanks I advance .

Suggest using RecordsetClone and bookmarks to move to record.

"Doesn't work" means what - error message, wrong results, nothing happens? The technique certainly works for me. Edit question to post revised code.
