Access Xen server VMs, and send, receive, and run files remotely over Xen VMs

I have installed Xen Server and have to make use of it. I am curious whether there is any way to send a file to a remote Xen server, I also have to read a file from a remote Xen server. I also need to run the file which is located in a Xen server.
VMware provides all those API to do them. I am curious whether Xen is able to do so.
If there isn't any API support, is there any way around to do so?
