I am trying to save a classifier model into my mongo database, using gridfs.
client=MongoClient(url)
db=client.ticket_advisory
fs = GridFS(db, "model_files")
fs.put(open(file), mode = 'rb')
But I am getting an error :
expected str, bytes or os.PathLike object, not CalibratedClassifierCV
As gridfs requires str readable object, what can be done to save raw files using gridfs?

Seems like a clear message to me. You're trying to store a complex object where the expected input in a "string or btyes". That's not what it is.

MongoDB can store binary data, so cant we store complex object in it? Just to confirm. A little detail explanation will be helpful :)

MongoDB can store "binary bytes" YES. Your Python Class is not a sequence of "binary bytes". You need to be able to serialize any data contained. Be that as bytes or a stringified representation.
