How to click on disabled web table element on web page using selenium web driver

I have a web table on web page and where it contains data in the form of rows. Here I need select first row then only respective add button will be enabled. But here I fail to click on first row because row data is completely disabled. But manually I can click the first row and perform add button operation. Kindly help me out how to solve using web driver tool ?
