Create accumulator register using nested for-loops

0

I'm trying to create accumulator register using nested for-loops (inner loop and outer loop) to sum / add five hexadecimal values and return new five hexadecimal values and so on so forth.

1. Inner for-loop will sum the hexadecimal values

2. outer for-loop will work as a counter, and display the register stats after any giving time(clock)

below is initial register state:

 1. List item

1.'00000000000000000'

2.'FFFFFFFFFFF333718'

3.'00000000000000023'

4.'00000EDAC63251AAA'

5.'EEEEEEEFFFFF3247D'

This nested for-loops should accomplish the statements below.

  • Register state after 1 clock

  • register state after 20000 clocks

  • register state after 50000 clocks...

I don't mind if you set the upper-limit to a 100K.

here is the inner for-loop:

   counter =1;
for j=1:5 % inner-loop
RN(i)=addHexNumber(RN(i),(RN(i+1)(j+1)); % compute the elemnt i Vectors and add them-up to 5 times
fprintf('Register status after %d clock %dn', counter);
counter = counter +1;
end
