How to set idle connection timeout for http/2 client
When using Go's default http/1.1 client there are a lot of timeouts you can configure for the client on transport level.
MaxIdleConns: 0,
MaxIdleConnsPerHost: 0,
MaxConnsPerHost: 0,
IdleConnTimeout: 0,
Of course some of them do not make sense on http/2, but at least IdleConnTimeout does.
On the server side of http/2 you are able to configure an IdleTimeout but also the client should be able to do.
For example I have a proxy component that processes and forwards requests to a lot of external systems. But systems that were not used for some time should be closed on client side to not be dependent on server side idle timeout.
Is there some easy way to do this?
http2.Transport
does not include such an option anymore.
go timeout client http2
