ThingsBoard - How to Post Telemetry data between different devices

I'hv two different device's(Electricity And Alarm type) associated with Asset (Building). I'm posting telemetry data to Electricity device(using HTTP Call). The telemetry information gets saved(using Time Series) with Electricity device successfully.
Now, I want to evaluate this Electricity telemetry data (such as "If Electricity > 900 or if Electricity < 200 then Electrical Services = Unhealthy, otherwise it will show Healthy"), then it should add new telemetry to Alarm device.
Please suggest, how can to achieve this.
